Return Policy Page

The Amani Trading Return Policy allows buyers to return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

To initiate a return, buyers must contact Amani Trading customer service and request a return authorization number (RAN). Once the RAN is issued, buyers must ship the item to Amani Trading within 14 days.

Once the item is received and inspected by Amani Trading, the buyer will be issued a full refund or exchange, depending on their request. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that have been customized or personalized
  • Items that are on sale or clearance
  • Digital products
  • Perishable items
